Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing the services provided by iScreenHD. By accessing our website (https://iscreenhd.us) or utilizing our streaming services, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
1. Service Access & Device Concurrency
Each iScreenHD subscription is licensed for a specific number of simultaneous connections (1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 devices as selected during checkout). Exceeding your purchased device limit simultaneously may result in temporary automated stream pausing until extraneous connections disconnect.
2. Fair Use & Account Integrity
Subscribers agree not to re-stream, redistribute, or publicly broadcast our signals without an authorized commercial or reseller license. Accounts found re-selling individual retail stream tokens without permission will be terminated without refund.
3. Network Requirements & ISP Throttling
High-definition 1080p and 4K UHD streaming requires adequate broadband internet (recommended minimum 25 Mbps). iScreenHD is not responsible for stream interruptions caused by local ISP network outages, Wi-Fi interference, or severe local ISP bandwidth throttling.
4. Service Availability & Maintenance
While our infrastructure aims for 99.9% uptime with 7x redundant server nodes, brief maintenance windows may occasionally occur for security patches and channel lineup updates.
